Since the products sold in the Lord Chambray online shop are delivered directly from the Brewery team or from the Distributor and are kept in the most optimal condition of storage, Lord Chambray LTD does not accept returns from private customers ordering from its website.
On the rare occasion where the products delivered are different to those ordered we must be informed of this mistake as soon as possible and in any case within 4 working days since receipt. We will arrange the collection of these products as necessary replacing them with the correct ones.
